LIXUM PRO Holzhaus Lasur
Holzhäuser vereinen die Vorzüge des natürlichen, behaglichen und in Jahrhunderten bewährten Werkstoffes Holz mit den heutigen Anforderungen an gesundes, nachhaltiges und umweltbewusstes Bauen. Ein Holzhaus wird definiert, wenn seine tragenden Wände und Rahmen aus Holz gebaut sind.
Es werden zwei Bauweisen unterschieden:
- Das Stabtragwerk ist eine Bauweise eines Holzhauses bei der die senkrechten Hölzer, die Last der waagrecht verbauten Balken in Decke und Dach mittragen. Das ist u.a. die Bauweise von Fachwerkhäusern, nach deren Prinzip, die heute sehr verbreitete Holzrahmenkonstruktion funktioniert. Anwendungen hierfür sind Leimholzhäuser, wie z.B. Wohn,-Gartenhäuser, Holzfassaden oder Fachwerkhäuser. Für Fachwerkhäuser haben wir speziell eine Fachwerk Lasur entwickelt.
- Die Blockbohlenbauweise, hier werden aus massiven Holz Stämme, Balken oder Bretter zu Wänden und Decken im Haus zusammengefügt. Anwendungen hierfür sind: Blockhäuser, aus massiven Rundstämmen gefertigte Häuser, Schwedenhäuser, werden aus massiven Holzbalken, teilweise auch Rundholz gefertigt.

Disadvantages of Conventional Wood Sealants:
Solvent-based paints and varnishes are not suitable as weather protection for wooden houses. Wood protection lacquers or solvent-based sealants apply to the surface of wood materials but do not penetrate the wood. Over time, the solvents and plasticizers contained in most conventional products evaporate. Then, in the event of temperature fluctuations, the wood swells, shrinks or cracks and the once-sealed surface fractures. This allows moisture to penetrate, destroying the wood. In addition to the unpleasant odor of solvent-based varnishes or sealants, the wood surface is likely to absorb some of the synthetic and chemical components. Over time those components may be released back into the environment and under certain circumstances cause harm to people, animals, and plants.

Oil varnishes and basic oil-based sealants offer little resistance to various weather effects such as moisture, rain, and fungal growths. These sealants and varnishes wash out over time and offer neither long-lasting protection nor adequate care. Wir haben unser Haus komplett von Innen und außen behandelt und sind mit dem Ergebnis sehr zufrieden. Kleine Trocknungsrisse haben sich damit verschlossen, wie der UV-Schutz auf Dauer wirkt wird sich noch zeigen. Das Produkt ist angenehm in der Verarbeitung und riecht nur nach natürlichen Zutaten. Wir sind froh, ein 100 Prozent natürliches Produkt gefunden zu haben.
