Inexpensive Alternative to Conventional Products
Oil varnishes and conventional oil-based sealants, which are commonly used for painting horse stables, offer little resistance to various weather effects such as moisture, rain, even potential fungal growths. These sealants and varnishes wash out over time and offer neither long-lasting protection nor adequate care. Annual renovation painting and constant re-application becomes unavoidable with these products.
Protection lacquers or solvent-based sealants are also not recommended since these only lie on the surface without penetrating into the wood materials. Then, as temperatures fluctuate, the wood begins to swell, shrink or crack. Eventually these conventional lacquers or sealants will fracture and as moisture seeps in the natural structure of the wood becomes damaged. Zum einen möchte ich Ihnen hiermit die Rückmeldung geben, dass wir sehr zufrieden sind mit dem Produkt. Wir haben in einer Stallgasse alle Boxenfronten ausgetauscht und das neue Holz komplett mit der Pferdestall-Lasur gestrichen. Das Holz sieht wunderbar warm und leuchtend aus.
